Ignition/turn signal relay

Ok, so far as my stalling problems, I think I have finally isolated it to this relay. Only problem is I can't find it listed in the microfiche. It appears under the wiring harness fiche, but no number pointing to it (it's directly behind the little fuse block).

Does anyone know where can I get a new one and how can I test my current on? I looked at the other fuses and disconnected them with the engine running. One causes nothing, the other (fuel pump relay) causes a soft stall. This is the only one that causes a hard, instant stall associated with the intermittent stalling I have been having.
