Beck is a conservative... and that doesn't fly in your liberal mentality.... you still want unchecked immigration at the border because those poor people are just trying to make it in life. Why don't you just adopt a few of them and have them live at your place... no background check, no physical check just like most of the 6+ million that have already crossed illegally. Deporting illegal aliens would be considered a conservative ideal no? That helps identify Obama as a moderate liberal, which based on your first question I don’t think you understand the definition of the word moderate in that context.
In light of the fact that Obama is fairly moderate, Beck’s unbridled hatred of him has to come from somewhere, and to answer your other question, yes, his skin color might be the reason.

Beck knows a lot more about Obama than we do. As a sitting president Obama was snitched out by somebody assisting the FBI with setting up wire taps and spying on the Trump campaign offices in 2016. Perhaps you can now understand why Beck doesn't care much for Obama. I doubt Beck hates Obama... I would say it more like he doesn't support his agenda of Obama's "change". Hate behavior and speech is much more visible coming from the leftist side of the political divide and dished out regularly through the MSM on a daily basis. Change in the country and America culture is now here... the good news it is wearing thin on the Americans that understand what justice is, what the Constitution says, and what the Bill of Rights says. If you approve of collectivism and social justice progressivism then you must be delighted with how the country is being run into the ground right now.

You know something? Capitalism isn't the most perfect system of business for a country to adopt and follow... however, it has lifted more people out of poverty and brought more technology to the world than any other system in the last 200 years that we know of.

Obama had the guts to distinguish between right and wrong. He didn’t always follow through but he was given a GOP congress. Like him or not he tried his educated best.
