How far can you drop an 08 in the triple?

Just curious how far you can lower an 08 with an aftermarket top triple clamp? Looks like with the taper at the bottom the limit is about 3/4".

3/4, good machine shop adding a little taper to the bottom of the clamp could get you more.

i wouldnt drop it no more then 3/4 of an inch thats how far i dropped mines. you go any lower you might have to buy a front fender. here is a pic of mines dropped 3/4 of a inch. And if you drop it any lower you will loose turning radius.
