How do you service Yoshi R-77s?

When I purchased my Yoshi R-77 slip-ons, I remember the instructions saying to re-pack the cans every 5,000 miles. I'm getting close to that so I was checking them out last weekend trying to figure out how you open them up???
Both ends of the cans are rivited on, am I missing somthing? or do you have to drill out the rivits and replace them with screws?
I'm not that worried about them getting louder, but I also have a small dent in one of the cans (my fault) that I would like to push out from the inside...

Has anyone ever cracked one of these open?

Thanks

Yes, i've done this before on other exhausts(its more important for carbon fiber...do to heat cracks). But yes, drill out the rivets and pull the end cap off, replace or install packing as needed and then re-rivet(i guess screws would work too?)......Pretty easy:beerchug:

Just ride! A little noise never hurt anyone. Unless the carbon fiber is really a possible problem????
