Yoshi R-77 Rivets

Hey all, I'm replacing some parts on my R-77's I neglected to purchase the rivets that hold the sleeve to the end caps and for the tag.

Anyone have an idea what size they are?

Would love to pick em up locally.

Got my question answered.


The rivets for the sleeve are 3/16"x1/16" stainless steel.
The rivets for the name plate are 1/8"x3/16" locking rivets. Thank You!

You just emailed me a response similar subject a few moments ago!!

You can either drill out all of the rivets for the end cap and re-rivet the
end cap and order the rivets from us. Or you can send the muffler to us so
that we can re-rivet it for you. If you would like to send it in to us send
it to attention sales. Please include a detailed note as to what you would
like for us to do. Labor charge is about $30.00 and the rivets are about
$0.95 each. Which ever method you decide please keep in mind that it may be
a good time to repack the muffler while you have it apart. Thank you!
