Help with led turn signals

Hi I got these and wonder what I need to slow the flashing down?

Hey, has anybody actually got any pictures of one of these on a bike ?

BTW, when I fitted the clear alternatives front blinkers to mine, they came with a secondary relay that plugs inline with the first next to the fuse box and controls the blink rate.
