'Handmedown' Wii, what am I missing?

Friend gave me this Wii system. Said I'm missing two cables?
One supposedly is to connect Wii to Tv and the other is supposedly to connect the remotes?
Totally new to Wii so I have no idea what these would actually be called?
If anyone is familiar enough with Wii to take a quick look at below pic which is ALL I got and tell me what I need with like Amazon.com links or similar I'd appreciate it.

I don't see the sensor bar that sits above or below the tv screen.
It picks up the motion of the remotes.

you need the sensor bar and the composite cables for the TV. You can buy a wireless bar and cables in a combo kit for around $40 last I checked.

EDIT: It looks like you have an HDMI cable there...I cant remember if the Wii has an HDMI output, but if it does, that'll hook up to your TV too.

I do have an hdmi cable as well as a bag of cables. I'm sure I have a composite. Is it Nintendo specific or just a regular ole cable? Thanks.

No hdmi needed, I might have those laying around from my old Wii that doesn't work, let me know if you want them.

They are, I kept the other cables plugged in, the Wii was broken but not the cables.
