hate to hear you went down but i'm glad you had your gear on and were able to walk away...plastic is a lot easier to replace than skin

I need to keep this in mind every time I am tempted to run without gear. Glad you were smarter than I am a lot of the time. Plastic is easily replaced skin and bone is not.
