Gen1 with Gen2 Sprocket sizes?

Has anyone tried putting 18/43 sprockets on a Gen1? Is there any advantage to doing so? Any down side?

not necessarily gen 2 sprockets ( & i don't think they can be swapped that way).
:thumbs: but you can change your sprockets to go for low end Yeehaw, or high end speed.
