hi dears

i own a gen1 busa and the tools for disassembling the fork.

with these tools i tried to change oil and seal at a gen2 fork and got crazy by the gen1, 2.5mm thick, steel "sheet" no 4 on the pic above.
it was simply too thick to switch in the gap between the nut and the plastic spacer .
so i took a thinner sheet of alu and was successful.

then i took the two plastic spacers to my driller and made two more Ø 6-7 mm holes, crosswise into ! a ~ 5 mm ! higher / via the end.
by that the (thick) gen1 sheet fitted perfectly into that gap and i had no more stress.

as a "third" hand i built then this chain based holder

fastened with a 10 mm screw at the gen1´s brakes holder

at gen2 fork i take an other point for the chain (fenders lower frontside holder & 6mm screw ~ 30 mm long)
