I have a 2005 Gen 1 and I was wanting to know what all sizes of allen keys I will need for it

Most all the metric sizes (2MM - 36MM) depending on the work that you will be doing..

Sorry I should have been more specific I'm trying to make a small tool kit for under the back seat it did not come with the factory one when I got the bike

You could go on ebay and buy a tool kit from a gen 1 or 2 for cheap and use that as it generally has all the very basic stuff you will need.

They are actually quite decent for how many times you'd use them.

You’ll need 3mm, 4mm, 5mm and 6mm.

I've had the factory tool kit in all my bikes....the only time I've ever had to open any of them is when I adjusted the rear shock as that tool is useful....

I normally swap mine out for better quality stuff.
Things like the Allen keys, screw drivers, 10mm open end don’t rate very highly with me and it doesn’t cost much to have quality items.

Not near sockets so can't confirm those, but I believe: Tank bolts are 10mm, rear handlebar mount bolts are 10 or 12mm, windshield bolts are 3mm allen, fairing bolts are 4mm allen, handlebar "Frankenstein" and seat bolts are 5mm allen, chain guard and top black pieces of fairings are phillips.

those look like Radiator mount Bolts to me

Someone has changed out the Allen head bolts is all…….
