Gen 1 to Gen 2 exhaust slip on interchangable to a point...

For those of you that are wondering about exhaust cans (slip ons) being able to be exchanged between Gen 1 and Gen 2 bikes...it is possible.

The bolt pattern for both generations of bikes are the same with a big caveat...they are reversed from one generation to the next.

A Gen 1 RIGHT can is a Gen 2 LEFT can and visa versa based on bolt pattern to the mid pipe.

I have been playing with some Two Brother Carbon Fiber cans from my Gen 1 and I wanted to see how they would sound on my Gen 2 along with wondering if they would even fit on my Gen 2. Well, the mid pipes between bikes are not swapable...but the cans are given that you swap sides.

I want some new slipons for my Gen2, but can't spend alot now. I can get something from a gen1 now and switch them, I can do something better than stock gen2 now for cheap of free! Thanks
