Wow, looks really great. Had been considering picking up a GoPro, but this deserves some consideration for sure.

Same price as the hero3 black, with the features of the white? And you have to buy the "diving" case separate to feel secure (for me). I like the fact that others are stepping up, and that this one has the GPS speedo/altimeter stuff. But I think for someone who is considering options other than the gopro the Sony is still the way to go. Less features than the hero3 black, but not the same price. (And also has the vibration reduction I wish the hero had)

Hopefully competition brings a better product from all brands.
