G-pack

Has anybody tried the G-Pack mod from Germany. Here is the link:

It alters the iginition in 2nd and 3rd. You need to look under accessories and click on the g-pack picture

Sounds like a rather expensive resistor in a large black box not worth bothering with make your own.
All you need is a 6.8k resistor.

$132 - 179 for a Tre. 5 -10 cents gets you aresistor that does the same thing.

I know this is an old thread, but here's my input anyway. I read an article in one of the american bike mags, and they tested the G-pack on a ZX12R. They found that it did NOT remove the speed restriction, it actually decreased the max HP, and the instructions were completely wrong. (Probably translated from Chinese to Apache, then to english....) Go with the TRE. I paid $70.
