fuel leaking around bolts in fuel pump

Just painted the tank so I had to put fuel pump
back in and now its leaking gas around the bolts.

its in my brothers TL1000R but I think its the same set up
as a busa

Bottom seal, I assume? Remove it and check the rubber. Also make sure the surface is smooth and free of rough overspray. Retorque in the 'star' pattern, double=checking the torque for each bolt in the same pattern.
