Got everything off, exept break hose holder. I can't squeeze them out. I searched on the topic and decided to just break them off and use a zip tie. So, what's the best way to get rid of that thing? Thank you for your help.

How did you drill them. How big a drill hole? Thanks.

I just drilled the rivit out, it was a pretty small drill bit. I was able to squeeze the fender enough to pull it through the forks the first time, then once I had it on the bench, I drilled them out. Now the fender just slips in and out between the forks...

If you raise it up enough, you can squeeze it out with the clip intact. It's not fun, but it can be done.

Just squeeze the fender side to side until it goes through :cheerleader:

I took the front wheel off. Probably the fastest and easiest way to do it. 4 bolts for the callipers, remove axle, drop wheel out the bottom and pull the fender the same way.

Don't be afraid of using a towel to cover the fender while you squeezing it out. and back in.

What problems are you having with the front axle. You just need to loosen the pinch bolts on the side that the 24mm alllen socket type adapter goes. Keep the other side pinch bolts tight until you need to remove that adapter/spacer/nut thingie...
