Ok, update , I figured out why I couldnt move the shock tubes through the new triple tree adaptors, these plastic shock caps have to be removed prior to lowering the tubes

I did mine and i put those plastic shock cap back. Question we need to put back with and aftermatket triple tree or just take out. Im new on this too. Ill do mine already sunday and i didnt run yet. Before i run it i want to be sure in case I need to remove those plastic shocks caps.

Mine didn't have them when I swapped the original out :laugh: :dunno:

Evo, you can take em out, there just like a buffer between the original tree and the top of the shocks, kind of an insulator or noise buffer, once your shock tops come through the aftermarket tree there no longer needed
