HI. Mine will be a 100% street leigal stock looking body work except for the lighter head light and a Tiger Racing front fender. It will be tuned on 93 pump gas, for street or VP X98 for street and VP Q 16 for race in gas classes and VP M1 for fuel classes. I want to run in the 1000cc to 1350cc--1350 to 1600---1600 to 2000 gas classes and same in fuel classes. I am going to try to get a new class for street bikes like 100% street or real street or pro street or something like that.

Hi. It is all money I have a bout $60000.00 in it now. I still need the MAXX ecu about $5,000.00 Leathers, about $3,000.00, helmet $1,000.00 turbo $20,000.00 +I am looking for someone to build a Inconal hot side $ ?

It finally feels like I’m making some progress now, not sure if it’s down to Covid but parts seem to be taking an age to arrive... and then return for the correct size to then re-arrive. Ordered a black Talon rear sprocket, they had to have it anodised as only had gold in stock, 2 weeks became 6 to get it here. Chain arrived which was to short so another couple of weeks for refund and replacement. I needed to swap the 90° Brembo brake reservoir pipe fittings for straight versions. I have up waiting after 5weeks. They’re still in Italy as a write this Brexit and Covid combination foiled exports. eBay had them with me in 3 days :thumbsup:

New pads all fitted front and rear, I was going to replace the rear master cylinder as it looked tatty. Upon stripping it appeared all good inside so replaced the seals, new pipe clips, stainless screw, cleaned the rubber pipe and reservoir. Clear coated the casting in gloss 2k it’s come up looking better than new! I’m using a hydraulic pressure switch doe the brake light rather than standard mechanical switch.

Convertibars are the future! I’ve gone for comfort so fitted a set of convertibars. I still want a sports leaning forward feel rather than gull upright. These clip-ons are infinitely adjustable in every angle! I’ve moved them back over standard placement to reduce ‘stretching’, this position still allows them to be reasonably low and clear the screen etc. I need to put some miles and get a feel before final adjustments.
Brembo levers on both brake and clutch so fluid reservoirs fitted. I’ve designed and drawn up a couple of stainless brackets then had them laser cut/bent into shape. Also fitted Oxford heated grips and control switch fitted to same fabricated bracket to keep everything clean and tidy. Wired the grips into an ignition feed rather than direct to battery, installed its own additional fuse adjacent to the box. Little details take so much time!

Moving on from the mundane fitting of brake pads, pipes and all the usual bits and bobs. I’m working on an idea not seen before on a Busa... that’s all for now :firing:

Are you looking to get inconal header made or the hot side of the turbo?
These guys could probably do the header.
 
Don't be shocked when you get everyone's gas tanks in the mail....with a return sticker....
