Fork Spring Replacement

Anyone pulled the fork springs on their Busa? I got some RaceTech springs and gold valves to install, but want to see what you guys say before I tear into it. I have replaced the springs on other bikes, no problem, but I heard a rumor it is a pain on the Busa.

Any ideas?

Any recommendations on the fork oil wt. I should use?

Should I do the seals while i'm in there?
