Great shots! I am gonna have to give kudos on the last shot as well, not because of unique angle that just so happens to pay homage to the "Mound of Venus", but kudos on the use of diff angles overall. Remove from eye level - and every shot has the potential to be appealing because you don't see it everyday!!

BTW - time to geek-out a little, is that a Cannon your shooting with? I only ask due to the 6point star produced by the 6 aperture blades that cannon uses in there lenses....
