FI probs ,getting closer to an answer

Guys Im getting a c-41,relay appears bad?But it ciould also be pump or ecm.Whats the frequency that these are going out?And ,what to do, worst case ....This is new to me, Ive got 21310 mi.on bike and never had a prob.Blk/grey 99,muzzy 4into1,airbox mod.fi remapped.Ihavnt done anything else.Is the pc-3 a replacement for the stock ecm?Educate me here fellows,thanks mike
