Few swingarm install questions.

I’m finishing the install on my evil arm tomorrow and have 3 questions:

1) are any of the axle blocks reused from the stock setup to the evil arm? Or do you just slide the axle through and torque the nut down?

2) do the adjuster blocks just slide into the end of the arm tubes and get held in place by chain tension/axle bolt torque?

3) what’s the torque spec on the pivot bolt nut

Okay answered all my questions as I read last night

The flat sides of the axle head are held in place by the slot in the arm. The end plates just sit in and are held in place by everything else. 70ish ft lbs on the nut.

Time to get low.

And pics when you get the fromt end lowered too.

I have an appointment with my suspension guy next week. The forks will be resprung, revalved and lowered internally. I really only ride freeway / racing stuff so I’m planning on 2.5ish inch drop
That sir is the right way of doing it! Looking forward to the finished results you post.

Here’s at the lowest adjustment on the arm. I need to put the shock link back in tomorrow but I gotta do thanksgiving stuff with my wife tonight.

I stripped one of the brake line nuts at the abs block and that took an hour of yelling and throwing poop off my overall work time lolol
