F1 codes 32-35 after LED kit install

2007 Busa 7kmiles, PC3, alien head, zbomb TRE, air box mod.

So yesterday a friend and I installed an LED kit. He did more of the electrical while I pulled off plastics. My bike rode great since I bought it but when I left shop f1 light came on and bike dies on me. Anyone have any idea what's going on?

Do you have any idea where he's getting the 12 volts from? I had those codes when wot and power commander disconnected.
