Extreme Couponing!!!! I can't believe it?

I use to do food shopping with my mother back when they had double coupon days. Use to walk out of the store with large amounts of food(enough to feed a family of 5) and payed almost nothing for it. I was a pain to plan out,but came easy after a short time. Haven't heard of great deals to be had in long time though.
