Experiencing Issues with Gen 2 Drag Bike's Transmission – Seeking Spare Parts Advice

I've been encountering a bit of a challenge with my Gen 2 drag bike's transmission lately, and I'm hoping someone here might have some insights. It seems like there's an issue with gear shifting, particularly when downshifting during acceleration. The shifts aren't as smooth as they used to be, and there's an occasional grinding sound. Has anyone experienced this before?

Who's had their transmission undercut? Did you go with just the up cut? Or the up and down? Who did it for you and what did you pay for it? I'm debating what I want to do with mine. Thanks!
