This is the Department of Transportation's site to file consumer complaints. I was contacted by the DOT in an effort to gather more info on the problem, and to see if it qualified as a safety issue. I was asked to post this message to direct others to the site in an effort to gather more information.
In general I use something like this as a last line of defense, but with Suzuki denying that there is a problem, I felt like it was time. I love my 'Busa, but don't want to have to live with the possibility of it quitting in rush hour traffic again.
If enough owners speak up, Suzuki will have to take notice and do something.
