Do they make clamp on handlebars?

Has anyone left the top plate off, pushed the shocks 1" through the bottom plate and used clamp style handlebars? Like 1 bar w/clamp per side?

Does all the stock cables/electronics still fit?

Kinda like a drag bar?

Figured this would be something different from just replacing the whole 2pc clamp w/1pc.

How about one better... clip-ons that accept the stock bar rods? They should fit right? 7/8" is pretty standard? That would be awesome!!

Otherwise how difficult is it to remove all the controls from the stock bars to transplant?

I found the shocks are 50mm...
