Deputy is charged

I hope the truth comes out in this one. If the Deputy is guilty he should be dealt with to the full extent.
Maybe some time in prison with some of the people he may well have put there will be sentence enough...

Good- there was no reason to use deadly force in that situation. Even though the police officers adrenilin was pumping after the car chase if he can't handle that kind of stress/situations they need to reavaluate their carear choice. Thats the last thing I need is a trigger happy police officer. Just my 2 cents

That video yanked my chain as well. I heard on the news last night that the deputy could get up to 18 years. I hope he gets the maximum. I'm just grateful the victim is doing okay. Shot three times by a sherriff's deputy after he was on the ground in submission. Un Freakin Believeable!

If there was not a citizen taking the video, he would have gotten away with it.
