Coolant Problem Update !!

Dealer says they "CAN NOT" Duplicate the Problem and there is Nothing they can do.

I am going to Try to Replace the Fan with a MUZZY Fan and change the Thermo-Fan Switch. After that I don't know.

I would speak with a Suzuki Rep and maybe find another dealer.  My 06 has never overheated and I've ridden it in triple digit weather, hot enough that I used an evaporative vest under my mesh jacket.  95+ for hours across 50 east and 80 west.  Good luck!

I miss the old days when we had "mechanical" gauges that did not lie...

when it gets hot, does it ping or rattle at all? possible electrical gremlin?
