clutch problem????

Hi i have a 99 busa and if i rev over 3000 from standing and try to pull away the clutch seems to "lock out" (normal?) have been told its normal but cant see any fun in restricting the launch!!! below 3000 it is perfectly fine and once away all is good. what can be done ???? as it is spoiling my ride. any ideas or suggestions will be welcomed....... thanks (have posted this question in another forum by mistake incase it looks familiar)
