clutch mod

i've ben told by a few buddies 2 do the clutch mod on my busa 2 help me in the 1/4. what the hell is "the clutch mod" ? please explain.
i searched through a few posts but couldnt find anything.after lookin through almost 10 posts i thought i'd just giv up & ask.

they still need one if you don't want to burn up the clutch after multiple passes at the track.....

I have 2 friends that have made MANY hard passes at the track without a clutch mod , on an 03 and never needed a thing.

Brock is in business to sell parts.

yeah well IMO he wouldn't sell it if it didn't work. Granted the 03 clutch is way better than previous years but I don't need my clutch to start grabbing after running at the strip a few times... a $200 part is better than $400 is clutch components.
