Cleaning chrome

What is the best to use on chrome to clean.Is there a safe spray on cleaner or just soap and water.Got caught in a thunderstorm and the way home tonight and got a little wet and dirty.There was some freakishly big lightning bolts on the way home.leaserayed not to get dumped on.

Soap and water after getting caught in the rain, Honda polish after that, the brake dust will wipe off really easy after a good ride.
