Changing exhaust.. questions?

I have an '04 Limited.  I ordered a set of Yoshi RS3s (bolt ons).  Do I need to do anything else, such as adjust fuel maps or anything like that. Thanx for the info

Actually I should have asked the correct queston.  Do I need to get a power commander after changing the exhaust.  If so, which one?  Thanx in advance

Thanx for the advice guys, this is my first bike, ya' I know. I keep in the front of my mind that this monster will get you, if you fail to respect it. I have had it about 3 or 3 1/2 months. I have about 2250 miles on it. Quick question, when I let out the clutch in first gear, right after the clutch engages, there is a click coming from down there. I have had it back to the shop once, and they told me that I need to take it back again so they can keep it a couple of days. You guys have any ideas? It is not loud or heavy enough to be a clunk, but it is a click that you can hear with the helmet on.
