Chain broke at the strip

I feel really lucky not to get get hurt but its not even my bike, my bike is sitting in the garage torn apart waiting for the turbo to come in the mail.

Why would you run a bike at the dragstrip with a cheap chain?

What about these rotors I keep hearing about that are being purchased on eBay, has anyone ran those at the drag strip?

Glad you made out ok. That cheap chain couldve been very expensive in the end.

No but one guy runs them at the track all the time and he does just fine.

Theres a difference in the strength of cheaply made chain and rotors made of the same materials. (Hint: the cheap chains dont have high tensile strengths to begin with so not a good idea at a drag strip)
