How many times it been registered and where .
Whether or not there is a lien on it or not .
And also with a vin decoder you can tell original color of vehicle and see if it's been changed or not .

Something is definitely fishy .
Instead of saying incorrect vin it said above ?
An 03 that has zero records is strange to say the least !
Never titled , never registered ?
