Busa vs. hi m109r

6' 3", 250 lbs...

My wife and I tour together, I ride a Busa.

We did Michigan to North Carolina and back last year, this year it'll be the entire coastline of the Great State of Michigan.

To me, the Busa is very comfortable on 400 mile days, the only mod I've done for comfort was replacing the stock handgrips with foam ones.  Saddle bags, tail bag, tank bag - works like a charm.

Can't speak to the M109r - never owned one, never ridden one.

the way it sounds you'll be happy with both, me I came off of cruisers to the Busa and trust me you will be totally happy with the Busa, for me I find the Busa more comfortable than cruisers My back don't hurt anymore you keep your back straight on the busa and you hunch over on most cruisers there is the numbing of the throttle hand I can go for a couple of hours then got to give it a rest but mine is stock well suspension is anyways (for now) good luck on your purchase make the choice for you noone else
