Now that Diana has the all clear from the docs, we get to break the diet. So, here is what we've done so we far.

Three pound tri-tip roast with some yellow mustard on it to make the rub stick
Diana is doing her part too. To go with the meal, she has decided to make some Parker House rolls from scratch. Here's the dough about to be set aside to rise
She also decided that some chocolate chip cookes were in order and mixed up a batch. I snapped these just before she put them in the oven.
Now that the bread is rising, the cookies are in the oven and the meat doesn't need to be mopped for a bit, it's time to settle down and relax with a little drink.
