Holly I ain't riding my busa! All B cause of a hose

Now that is one for the books. I know they say to replace the hoses every 3 years but never heard of one going bad. Did a part of the inside act like a check valve or is it expanding?

I have had mine for 7 years and never had that problem, but I rarely ride in the rain if I can help it and I keep it in the garage. I quess the climate and conditions of storage could contribute to it. I think I should go ahead and replace all of my lines with braided ones brakes and clutch would'nt be a bad idea. Good Deal finding the problem.

I think it is doing both.

I have been riding it was a problem that showed up now and then. there was no rhyme or reason to it. I could ride 10 miles ro 250 miles and then the clutch would slip when i bleed it once it was good again. So I think it was exspanding and acting like check valve. I cleaned the whole system twice. Rebuilt the master, tried a new master, used new slave and rebuilt slave it was a strange problem but I hope this solves it

Dayuum, thats a first, never heard that before, a stretched clutch hose. But its usually always somthing minor that causes problems.
