Bleeding clutch

When I rebuilt it did not work so i took it apart and cleaned it and shot air in it them put it back together again and nothing cannot get it to bleed out just like last time. no pressure. I know its not the slave it has no leaks

Are you the original owner,do you drag race it (slip the clutch)? It only takes a few good passes of slipping the clutch to smoke'em.
Sounds like you clutch is about to go.

I have owned since 2004. Its had 2000 miles on it when I got. The bike was well kept. i do not think it was raced. I do not race it at all just ride.

Got the whole thing for my friends busa and that still did not fix the problem so it must be the slave will let you know

If you're not losing fluid, then that's not the problem. However, when you take the clutch cover off, you'll know right away. You COULD have a small leak and not know it until you take the clutch cover off and look. Any leaks in there will get swept up by the chain and never hit the ground.

Take your camera out to the garage and send us some pics.

I won slave on e-bay and i ordered the cup spring and bleeder for the old one

Just a thought, But have you changed the motor oil? If so did it contain friction modifiers? I hear that can cause the clutch to slip.

Used regular mobil 1. Same oil i used the last three oil changes

Pulled it apart and it did not look like it was leaking until i started to play around will it. I would see just a little fluid weep out

I had the same problem with my 01' Busa. I kept noticing the level dropping when I hit brakes. When I bump the throttle with the clutch in it would pull up a little. I pulled the slave cylinder off it was a little wet on the inside where the plunger is. I also notice the fluid was dark in the res. I went to the dealer and they said that the slave cylinder would have to be ordered but they had the seal in stock. The I talked with one of the mechanics and he said that it comes from the grease and dirt thrown from the chain on to the push rod for the clutch which a so runs through that seal on the case going the tranny. The dirt evetually scares the walls of the slave cylinder and allow fluid to escape.

I took some scotch bright and cleaned the walls up good and then replace the seal. I also updated the slave cylinder with a special rubber cover that was standard on new models. It has helped so far with catching the grease and dirt. I hope this helps you.

New slave and nothing.

Then I took a braided line and used that. Instant clutch. Go back to old line and nothing. Somehow its the line but i do not see how. No visable leak no nothing. CRAzY CAZY CRAZY

Old line must be expanding. Braided line has more support.
