Used "Hot Hands" and "Toasty Toes" last year and they worked great. Pop a couple in your pockets, boots and or gloves... your good all day. HotHands-Super HotHands

Also the finest mod I have ever done to any of my bikes has been to add heated grips and they cost me a whopping $29! From Pashnit. Grips get so hot I have to turn them off sometimes.

Wear a set of rain gear over your other gear. It will keep the wind out, and body heat in. Cheap, effective, and can be stowed under the rear seat or in a small tank bag.
