ATRE or Smart TRE?...will they hurt fuel mileage?

I've did a search but I can't find any definite answer. Will the ATRE or Smart TRE give me a stronger sharper 1-3 throttle response? I have no stumbles at all...bike runs perfect...but I would like a snappier partial throttle response. And what drawbacks do they have...will they kill my mileage ect?...and which do you guys prefer? Thanks for any and all responses

TRE,1-3 extra power ?
Yes or no depends on the bike and if any add or loss it would be under 4K.

PC3R positivly extra power.

Gas milage you want that you buy a Toyota Privus

also if you do any drag racing i heard they hurt your time, and after a weekend at the track i can see why. But if you dont race and want good response than go for it
