I see that everyone has that weird little crease down low on the side. I thought mine was made on a friday afternoon or something. I have mine pulled as tight and straight as I can, anyone got any know-how on getting rid of it?

Heat gun get it soft but be careful not to melt it, next take a rag that you should have in a bucket of ice water and rub them out (do this with the front seat off) then when you reinstall the seat lift the tank slightly and as you install seat lower tank to pull cover down in the back.

I've been noticing scratches after last few rides.

Able to wax them out afterwards but how long before I start waxing the paint off?
