It's just silly to go warp speed on the road with driveways, etc.

Time and place...

And how come the car driver got a ticket if the biker was speeding? Sounds like it was the bikers fault, no?

I would say it's the bikers fault but I don't know what this girl might have admitted to the police on the scene. She did pull out in front of him though.... I wonder how insurance handles this when they both get ticketed?

Any time we travel at high speeds we take a risk and put others at risk. Normal people make decisions based on others using the roadways within the law or at least close to it. If a person is making a turn and sees a motorcycle at a reasonable distance away, and they assume the motorcycle is traveling at a reasonable speed they feel have time to make their turn safely. If the motorcyclist is going double the speed limit and that person turns in front of them who's fault is it? A friend and I were out tearing up the back roads and I had a person turn left in front of me (PUCKER) swerved and avoided the wreck. I had to pull over and compose myself for a couple of seconds and he pulled up next to me and my friend said "Whan an @ Hole" I said if anyone is an @hole it's me! cause he had no clue I'd be on him so fast.
