another front lowering question

I have soupys links front and rear. I had the same on my 06 and the bike seemed to set lower with the same adjustments I did on the 08. Does the K8 set higher than the 06 from the factory? Next question, I have the rear as low as I want to go, but want the front dropped another inch (2 inches total) I installed heli bars with the 1 inch risers and the wires and brake line are adjusted as far as I want to go. If I get a triple tree where the forks slide through will this allow wires and brake line to stay where they are and just the forks move or will this require even more slack in the wires. There is a triple tree that will lower the front 2 inches. Thanks

Just the forks go thru the tree, the wires and cables will be fine. I know a guy that makes real nice trees for 08 Boosas..
