Aftermarket Air Flter Question

No, All are close to the same. Race versions are thinner and usually not recommend for street use. I went with K&N's because they're cheaper and easier to get.

No way the stock filter flows more air than the aftermarket.
Where's the proof to this org rumor?:beerchug:

stock does not flow better than a BMC.People makes these claims because they over oiled theyre k&ns or BMC filters.I noticed a huge difference in response after putting in a BMC and my stocker was almost new and clean.

+1, I won't claim any really noticeable power increase on my bike. But with my K&N and BMC Race I noticed a nice improvement in off idle throttle response.
The over oiling is a good point too.:beerchug:
