Advice please with Gen 1 Busa

Good evening to all the good folks on the forums, yes I am new, but been a Busa owner for some years now. I have a 2001 (gen1) that I really love to bits. I was wondering if anyone can give advice on fitting Gen 2 headers (down pipes) on the Gen 1? The difference obviously is the extended piece of exhaust on the Gen 1 right side. Has anyone done this before and are there any issues with fitting a Gen 2 header on a Gen 1? Only reason I am asking is that I can get a top quality Gen 2 set of headers for really good money, but sure if it is going to be a problem. Thanking you for your time and keep well

to the site. I have no information on fitment. I am not sure if the gain from the header of a gen 2 is worth the work. Good luck!!!
