I've been riding for 33 years and this stuff still is useful. If you are a newbie, definitely get the August Issue of Motorcyclist Magazine and read the article (50 ways to save your life).

Great stuff. Anyone with less than 2 years riding experience should read the article until they memorize all 50 tips.

Many of them have saved my ass over the years.....

consider it part of your summer reading list....
