3/4 Genmar and Helibar on K8?

I installed the Helibars on my 08 w/ out the spacer. I like them just the way they are. If I wanted to be anymore upright, I would have bought the B-King. Nuff said.

Did your install of just Helibars only require extended break lines?

I think I posted this long ago. I put both Genmar's and Helibars on my 08. However, the Helibars were for a Gen1. I had to drill new holes. I did not have any significant issues and have 5000mi on the set-up. I put about 100mi per day when I ride it - 3 to 4 times per week. Make sure you rotate the Helibars back toward you. I did not use longer lines. I also have heated grips, but that's irrelevant. Good Luck.
