2019 Boston Marathon

I did the race in 2016 for diabetes research
Not as a fund raiser, as a guinee pig

I ran with a blood glucose monitor in my arm, recording the whole time
Ok, so that's interesting . . . seeing as I'm type 2 diabetic, so what happened with the glucose levels?
I walk my dogs twice a day for 20 mins each walk. That should help with blood glucose lowering? Also on a strict diet, have lost 40 pounds in the last 4 months.

The thing they were looking at was

When you reach a certain effort level called AT or anaerobic threshold your blood glucose will triple

that is what you can hold for just under one hour , and after that you "hit the wall" when body sugars get burned up,
Way helpful for runners to keep from going too fast,,,, Owner of the device does not think there is a fitness market for them

Yes excrsizing helps keep glucose lower and more stable, and lost weight is a huge help
