Went to help my club runners yesterday
someone tossed a bag of chips in a metal bowl, and the sun refracting on the bowl.....

The same thing happens when storing potato chips in a Double Bubble windscreen.

If that runner was a rider they would not have been so reckless. All you can do is teach them while you are there.
